Photography Guidelines

At ACME, we fully embrace the joy of capturing memorable moments at our conventions through photography. We absolutely love seeing the exciting snaps shared by our attendees online, as it allows us to relive the magic of our events. However, we kindly request that all photographers familiarize themselves with our guidelines to ensure a great atmosphere for everyone. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all attendees, so we ask photographers to be mindful of personal space of those around you. Additionally, while we encourage creativity, it is important to respect the intellectual property of our guests and exhibitors, refraining from using or distributing unauthorized photographs. Lastly, we have a few restrictions on photography gear to maintain the safety of all. We believe that with these guidelines, every photographer can capture and share the incredible moments of any ACME event responsibly.
